Eric Munoz named his unborn fetus Nicole to Pay tribute to his wife that was taken finally taken off life support after the hospital she was taken to refused to remove her from life support due to the fact that she was pregnant. Eric Munoz sued the hospital because he said that his wife told him that she did not want to on life support if she was brain dead due to the fact that she was a paramedic and had seen people on life support and she did nit want to be kept alive this way.
